 This distinguished panel of sculptors will focus on the direction that their artwork has taken as a result of incorporating advanced computer technologies in their artworks and creating work with computers. The artists on the panel will show examples of their art and discuss the aesthetics and technical issues that effect their work. The panel speakers include: David C. Morris, Sculpture (Architect, Professor); Erwin Redl, Sculpture (Installation Artist); Michael Rees, Sculpture (Assistant Professor NYIT), Robert M. Smith, Sculpture (Professor, NYIT); Daniel Durning - Moderator, Sculpture (Assistant Professor, NYIT). An opening night reception will be held at the conclusion of the panel discussion. This event is being held in conjunction with "Intersculpt", an international collaborative sculpture conference being held the week of November 15 -21. "Intersculpt" events will be simultaneously held at locations worldwide. An Internet simulcast is also planned.
