7:00PM at NYIT's Auditorium On Broadway (AOB)

From giant volcanoes to a sky full of falling meteors, the Blue Sky team had a lot of interesting effects challenges for their latest movie “Ice Age: Collision Course”. Overcoming those challenges required developing new tools and techniques that maximized efficiency in simulation, processing, and render times without sacrificing final image quality.

Speakers

David Quirus (Effects Supervisor)
Matthew Roach (Senior Effects TD),
Gregory Ecker (Effects TD)
Ravindra Dwivedi (Effects TD)
Ilan Gabai (Senior Effects TD)
