MetroCAF 2012 Web Site Now LIVE!!

MetroCAF_2012_Splash

NYC ACM SIGGRAPH is proud to announce that the web site for MetroCAF 2012 is now up and running! You can check it out at: www.metrocaf.org/2012

For those of you wondering about what you can submit, our answer is everything! As long as it moves and it was produced on a computer, we'd like the chance to take a look at your work. Visual effects, animatics, motion graphics, research work, works in progress, visualizations . . . we want to see whatever you have. Don't think what you have is "good enough"? Let us make that decision - you just have to be sure to submit your work!

And we're not just looking for thesis projects. We encourage work from freshmen on up to graduate work. If you're part of a group, you'll compete against other groups. If you worked individually, you'll be judged against other solo projects. We'll also be doing curation this year to add pieces that we feel deserve to be in MetroCAF.

MetroCAF 2012 is the tenth anniversary of this event and we are excited about presenting our most diverse show ever. But we can only accomplish this with your help. If you have any questions, you can e-mail us via the Contact page. We look forward to seeing your work this year.
